This is a problem because if we don’t know what’s coming we cant stop it and so it will hurt people and cause damage to the city, country and sometimes the world.
Like in Japan people didn’t know a flood will hit and so a lot of people got hurt and killed also there homes where destroyed.
The problem is that people are not aware of issues that are coming like volcanic irruption, hurricane, flood and etc. so they will get hurt and in some cases they will die.
